This page explains what happens to your information when you use this site. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Who is responsible

This site and the book WTF Is AI are published by Eddie King. If you want to contact me about anything on this page, email eking.pt@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Your email address, if you enter it to get the master prompt or to hear about the next book.
• Purchase information, if you buy the book. Payment is processed by my payment provider. I never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage data from the site host and from the Meta pixel described below, such as which page you landed on, whether you asked for the master prompt, whether you clicked through to the checkout, and roughly where in the world you are.

What I do with it

• Send you the master prompt and the prompt pack and, occasionally, an email when a new book in the series is out.
• Deliver anything you have bought and handle refunds and support.
• Understand which pages and adverts work, so I stop wasting money on the ones that do not.

I do not sell your information to anybody, and I do not share your email address with other companies for their own marketing.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. If you want your data deleted entirely, email me and I will remove it and confirm when it is done.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta pixel, a small script from Meta Platforms, Inc. It is there so that advertising can be measured and shown to people likely to be interested, rather than at random. It sets cookies in your browser and reports back to Meta.

What it records: that a page was viewed, that the master prompt form was submitted, and that a link to the checkout was clicked. It does not receive your email address, your name, or your card details from this site.

Purchases are completed on Gumroad, and Gumroad may report the sale to Meta separately under its own privacy policy.

You can block all of this without affecting the site. Use your browser's tracking protection, an ad blocker, or the off-Facebook activity controls in your Meta account settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

The site sets no analytics cookies of its own beyond this, and it stores one small marker in your browser so the master prompt popup does not keep asking you once you have taken it. That marker never leaves your device.

Where your data is held

Email addresses are held with my email and hosting providers, which may store data outside your country. Payments are held by the payment provider under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email me and I will deal with it rather than making you fill in a form.

Note for the publisher: have this reviewed against the rules that apply where you sell before you run paid traffic, particularly if you sell into the UK, EU, Australia or California.
